Responsible Gambling Tools

Every licensed South African sportsbook is required to offer the following tools:

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Decreases take effect immediately. Increases require a cooling-off period.

Session Time Limits

Limit how long you can be logged in and active on the platform per session.

Self-Exclusion

Request that your account be suspended for a defined period or permanently. During exclusion you cannot bet, create new accounts with that operator, or receive marketing communications.

Reality Checks

Periodic notifications during your session showing your current session time and balance movement.

How to Self-Exclude

Log in to your betting account. Navigate to account settings or the responsible gambling section. Select self-exclusion and choose the duration. If you cannot find this option, contact the operator's support team directly — they are required to process your request.
